BruckEdwards achieves ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 compliance

BruckEdwards was recently awarded the prestigious ISO 20000:2018 certification after an extensive audit of the company’s operations. This external audit was performed by Intertek.

ISO/IEC 20000 is the international standard specifically for IT Service Management. It describes an integrated set of management processes which form a service management system for the effective delivery of services to the business and its customers.

The addition of this important certification demonstrates our commitment to quality and continuous process improvement. Our management methodology—and our corporate culture—is focused on identifying risks, continually measuring performance, and identifying methods for improving client project outcomes. To maintain our ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certification, our IT service management system must be audited annually.
