In August of 2016, BruckEdwards was awarded the prestigious ISO 9001:2015 certification after an extensive audit of the company’s internal operations. This external audit was performed by Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc. ISO 9001 is an industry recognized standard developed by the International Standards Organization (ISO) to provide guidance and requirements for the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of a formalized quality management system. This important certification demonstrates our commitment to quality and continuous process improvement. Our management methodology—and our corporate culture—is focused on identifying risks, continually measuring performance, and identifying methods for improving client project outcomes. To maintain our ISO 9001:2015 certification, our quality management system must be audited annually.
